美国与以色列关系的再思考

长期以来,美国和以色列一直保持着密切的关系,这种关系虽然给美国带来一些收益,但是也带来一些危及国家利益的麻烦。以色列是美国的冷战助手和反恐助手,曾被认为是美国和以色列建立长期密切双边关系的基本因素,但是基于国家利益的视角进行分析,这样的理由是缺乏足够说服力的。事实上,在美国的以色列政策形成过程中,美国犹太游说集团以及与之联系密切的以色列的推动作用不可忽视。纵观现行美以关系,它不仅让美国国家利益受损,也不利于以色列的长远发展。以色列的国家安全观和华盛顿的以色列政策都需要改变,两国需要尽快塑造正常的国家间关系。

Rethink on US-Israel relation

For a long time,America and Israel keep close relationship all the time.Although this kind of relationship brings benefits to America,it also gets America into trouble which imperils the nation＇s interests.Israel is an assistant of America in the Cold War and an assistant for anti-terrorism,which once was considered as fundamental factors of America and Israel in establish long-term close relations.But as far as national interests are considered,this reason is not sufficiently convincing.In fact,in the process of formulation of policy to Israel,American Jewish lobby groups and Israel who keeps close relations with the groups have critical effects in promoting it.Throughout the relation between America and Israel,it not only makes America＇s national interests lost,but also goes against the long-term development of Israel.Both Israel＇s national security concept and Washington＇s policies to Israel need to be changed.And these two countries need shape normal relations as soon as possible.
