基于SWOT分析法的中国高校学报发展环境

中国高校学报大都延续了计划经济时代的办刊模式,具有内向性和综合性。管理体制不健全、运行机制不灵活是其普遍存在的通病,办刊理念和学术竞争力等方面也存在较大局限性,无法适应学术期刊国际化和网络化的发展趋势。运用SWOT分析法对中国高校学报的内外部环境进行分析,剖析了中国高校学报发展的优势与劣势、机遇和面临的威胁,以寻找各因素最优匹配的决策方法,激励其调动优势,增强竞争力,提出了增强中国高校学报竞争力和影响力的四大发展战略：精品化战略、国际化战略、集群化发展战略和网络化战略。

Using SWOT method to analyze inner and outer circumstance of Chinese university journals development

Chinese university journals mostly continued the general model of planned economy era,and possessed introversion and comprehensive,the management system.Imperfect management system and inflexible operation mechanism was the common failing,publication concept and academic competition were limited,which were the bottlenecks of restricting their development.By using the SWOT analysis method,the inner and outer circumstance of Chinese university journals development was analyzed.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of Chinese university journals were analyzed for seeking the optimal decision-making method matching various factors,motivating its advantage and enhancing its competitiveness.The four kinds of development strategy of university journals in China are putting forward to enhance its competitiveness and influence：quality strategy,internationalization strategy,clustering development strategy and network strategy.
