| 摘 要： | 实现离婚自由是人类文明进步的一大标志,但离婚自由的实现都始终离不开一定规则的约束与限制,如何处理离婚自由与反对轻率离婚二者的关系,一直是我国婚姻立法和司法的难题。因此,对离婚自由进行适当的调控,以平衡二者之冲突,正是本文要探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | The achievement of freedom of divorce is regarded as a milestone in the history of human civilization,but it cannot be made without certain limitations.Therefore,how to deal with the relationship between freedom of divorce and hasty divorce remains to be a difficult problem in our country's marriage legislation and judicature.The article suggests that freedom of divorce should be properly regulated and controlled to balance the conflicts between the two. |
