从管理效能视角构建学生工作中的师生关系

专职学生工作的教师与学生构建良好的师生关系应当有着职业的优势和天然的纽带,但工作现实中师生存在着相互疏离、甚至偶尔发生冲突的现象。构建和谐师生关系,提高管理效果,就要理顺教师主导性和学生主体性关系,以亲和力建立"师威",注重制度的工具性和情感管理的柔韧性的结合,尊重学生的多样性和差异性。

Constructing Relationship between Instructors and Students in the Students' Affairs Work from the Perspective of Management Efficiency

The profession of full-time instructors who work in students' affairs should have the advantage and natural connection in constructing harmonious relationship with their students.However,there are alienation and even conflict between them.To construct the harmonious instructor-student relationship and improve the management efficiency,we should handle with the relation between the instructors' leading role and the students' subjectivity orderly,set up power by appetency,pay attention to the combination of the rules and regulations with the flexibility of emotional administration and value the diversity of students.
