试论高校扩招与教育质量

高校扩招后的办学水平和教育质量问题引起社会的广泛关注。提高办学水平和教育质量 应从三方面入手：一是加强师资队伍建设，提高高校教师的选任标准；强化教师在职培训，培养教师的 创新教育能力。二是进行课程设置和内容的改革。三是改革传统考试评价体系。

ON THE EXPANSION OF THE UNIVERSITY AND THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

The level of running a university and the quality of education after the expansion of the university draw on wide attention of the society.In order to inprove them,we can set out doing something in those aspects:the finst is to strengthen the construction of the teachers'troops to raise the standard of selecting the teachers;to strength the teachers'training.to cultivate their education the refoms of course installations and contents.The third is to reform the system of traditional exam.
