改革开放以来，我国外资引进经历了起步、初步发展、大规模稳步发展和调整四个阶段。我国近期外资引进不容乐观，需要采取多方面措施。新世纪我国外资引进将保持强势增长。

ANALYSIS ON THE PRESENT SITUATION AND PROPECTS OF THE INTRODUCTION OFHOREIGN CAPITAL IN CHINA

Since China adopted the open-door poliag, the introduction of foreign capital in China has experiedced four stages- the beginning, the primary development, the large scale but stable development and the adjustment. The author points out in this paper that measures in many respects should be taken to improve the present unsatisfactory situation. But he also predicts that in the new century the introduction of foreign capital in China will keep a strong tendoncy to increase.
