举贤任能 鼎峙江东──试论孙权的人才政策

千百年来，历代史家大多或扬魏抑蜀，或尊刘贬曹，但是都将鼎足而立的吴国和 吴主孙权作了陪衬。这是有失偏颇的。孙权一生得人、识人、用人的历史及其人才政策的进步 因素，可从吴国之所以形成、发展并能与魏、蜀两国长期抗衡中窥见一斑。

USING TALENTED PEOPLE AND REMAINING STRONG

Since more than one thousand years ago,some of the historians through the ages have praised Wei Kingdom and criticized Shu Kingdom; otherwise,others thought highly of Liu Bei and undervalued Cao Cao. But one of the three rival powers,Wu Kingdom and its king Sun Quan has only served as a foil.We think that it is prejudiced.So this essay deals with how Sun Quan met with talented persons,recognized them and made use of them,and his progressive factor dealing with talented persons,which is one of the most important inner reasons why Wu Kingdom existed,advanced and became one of the three rival powers.
