| 摘 要： | 中国社会传统的权威观念导致了对法律权威的虚化。要树立法律权威，必须逐步培养公民对法律的信任和信仰，弱化人的权威，同时，建立起相互制衡的国家机构体系。

| Abstract: | The traditional concept of authority in China has resulted in a weakening of attitude of the people toward law authority. To ensure law authority, we must foster a trust and belief in law among the people, weaken personal authority and establish state institutional systems that will restrict and condition each other. |
