| 摘 要： | 素质教育是为了纠正应试教育的弊端而提出的。但是，如何推进素质教育？到目前为止，我们尚未建立一套切实可行的素质教育运作机制。要解决这个问题，一、我们应当改革现行的教育体制，为素质教育的实施营造一个好的运行环境。二、我们应当制订切实可行的实施措施，如建立新的教学评估体系、考试体系、教学体系等等。只有这样，素质教育才有可能得到很好的推行。

| Abstract: | Quality education was proposed to rectify the drawbacks of the exam - oriented education. But so far a feasible operational mechanism has not been established yet. How should we carry out quality education? 1. We should reform our present education system so as to build a good environment for the implementation of quality education; 2. Feasible measures are to be taken. Such measures include the establishment of a new system of education, testing and instruction. only by doing so can the overall implementation of quality education be realized. |
