论风险投资业与高新技术产业的发展

高新技术产业的高效益，同时伴随有高投入、高风险，这使一般投资者望而却步，因此要建立一种新型投资体制。风险投资是高新技术产业发展的推进器。湖南省风险投资业起步晚，且政策措施不得力、法律体系不完善、中介服务不到位、投资渠道不顺畅、投资人才不齐全，不能满足高新技术发展的需要，因此，必须提高认识、培育主体、创造条件、培养人才，发展风险投资业，支持湖南的高新技术的发展。

ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF RISK INVESTMENT AND NEW HIGH TECH INDUSTRY

We should establisha new-style investing system,for the good profit of the high and new technology industry is always accompanied by big investment and much risk,so it makes investors only have expectancy but can not be going ahead.Risk investment is the propeller of developing the high and new thchnology industry.The risk investment in Hunan Province,which has been developing with late starting,weak polcy and measures,imperfect law system,unsound media service and shortage of talented persons.In order to develop risk investment imdustry and support the developent of the high and new technology in Hunan,we should improve our conception,cultivate the main boby,create conditions and foster talented persons.
