略论目标教学应遵循的基本原则

目标教学是当今正处于逐步探讨、并在教学改革中被逐步推广于初等教育、中等教育和高等教育中的一种新型教育教学模式。在目标教学操作过程中，要使教学取得事半功倍的最佳效果，让绝大多数学生都能够轻松愉快地掌握教学内容，达成教学目标，则必须从教学基本规律和目标教学基本原理出发，严格遵循一系列目标教学的教学原则。
