| 摘 要： | 实施西部大开发战略,是党中央面向21世纪做出的重大战略部署,西部大开发战略的实施为河南经济的发展带来巨大的机遇和挑战,河南在实施“东引西进”战略中,必须转变观念,摒弃消极思想,充分发挥自身的优势,克服自身的弱势,利用西部大开发的历史机遇把河南建设成社会主义现代化省份。

| Abstract: | Western Region Development has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of Henan Province.In the implementation of the strategy"introducing advanced technology,management and funds of the east to the west",Henan must change old conception,abandon negative ideas and take good advantage of its strengths,overcome its weaknesses,seize this historical opportunity of western region development and make Henan a modernized socialist province. |
