| 摘 要： | 资源型城市转型是一个世界型难题,国外资源型城市转型开始的比我国早,无论是在理论上还是实践上都取得了一定的成果.通过对美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本、欧盟等国家资源型城市产业转型的比较研究,提出了我国应建立法规体系和组织机构、改善投资环境以吸引投资、发展中小企业形成企业网络等措施,来促进我国资源型城市产业的转型工作.

| Abstract: | The conversion of the resource-based cities is a world-wide problem.The overseas resource-based cities' conversion begins earlier than that of China,so they have got certain achievements both in theory and in practice.This thesis comes up with some helpful strategies to China's resource-based cities' industry conversion by the comparison of the resource-based cities' industry conversion in such countries: America,Canada,Australia,Japan and EU countries.The strategies are as follows: setting up law system,improving the investing climate to attract investment,developing small and medium-sized enterprises |
