| 摘 要： | 本文根据我国高等工程专科学校教学改革的要求，提出了机制专业一种新的人才培养模式，较好地适应了市场经济和社会的发展需求，经过教学改革试点，取得了较好的教学效果，为进一步深化高工专教学改革进行了有益地探索。

| Abstract: | A new mechanical profession personnel training model has been proposed in this paper in the requirement of teaching reform in advanced polytechnics schools in our country,which is suitable well for the market economy and society development. Better teaching effort has been gained by the way of testing the teaching reform. It 's a good research for deepen the teaching reform in advanced polytechnics schools. |
