| 摘 要： | 民法法典化的价值是一个表征关系和意义的范畴,是绝对性和相对性的辩证统一。民法法典化至少有4项价值,即实定价值、宣示价值、区分价值和建构价值。关于民法法典化的价值目标,从人文思想的角度看,可以定位为对人的关怀,而从终极的意义上看,则是真、善、美。民法法典化的真、善、美各有其特定的含义。

| Abstract: | The value of civil codification is a concept of relationship and significance.It is a dialectical unity of absolute and relative nature.There are at least four values in it,which are real value,declaring value,distinctive value and building value.The objective of the value can be defined as the concern of human kind in terms of humanities.Defined from the ultimate viewpoint,it is truth,goodness and beauty,which have their specific meanings respectively. |
