自我:当代教育的困惑

摘    要:自我既与自信、自尊、自强和突出个性有关,也与自大、自以为是、自私有关。我们需要被理解、被接受、被认同,同时我们也需要关心别人。正是因为关心,才会产生对人的同情和理解,才会对社会进步承担责任。因此必须进行自我理论的正本清源,教育应当引导年轻一代在正确认识自我的基础上不断突破已有的自我,不断追求更新、更高的境界,使人格得到健康的成长。

Abstract:The definition of ego is concerning not only self-confidence,self-respect,self-empowerment and prominent personality,but also arrogance,self-important and selfish.We need to be understood,accepted and recognized,and we also need to care for others.It is precisely because care will generate the sympathy and understanding,and then let us take the responsibility for the progress of society.Therefore,we must take ego-theory into consideration.On the basis of correct understanding of ego,young generation,with the help of the education,should constantly make a breakthrough of the original ego,seek for reaching a new and higher level,so as to shape the growth of personality in a healthy way.
