| 摘 要： | 技术性贸易壁垒是当前国际贸易中主要的非关税壁垒措施,而二重性又是技术性贸易壁垒的主要和富有指导意义的特性,对于它的研究有着重大的意义。我们可以从技术性贸易壁垒的产生背景及动因、技术标准,对出口国及进口国的影响效应等方面分析其二重性的存在。我国应重视技术创新,重视与国际标准接轨,并尽快建立和完善自己的技术性贸易壁垒体系。

| Abstract: | A major non-tariff wall measure in the international trade today,technical barriers to trade(TBT) is dualistic in character,and the study of its duality is highly significant.Such a study would involve the background and causes of TBT,its technical standards,and its influence on the import countries and export countries.At present China should emphasize technical innovation,try to accord with the international standards,and quickly establish its own TBT system. |
