| 摘 要： | 将甘肃各市(州)按照农民年人均纯收入的高低相对地划分为经济较发达、欠发达和贫困地区,依据农村住户调查的详细资料和三类经济区农民年人均收入分布,分析计算出三类经济区的农村贫困线和贫困人口.结果表明:甘肃确定的农村贫困线太低,占全省农村贫困人口近2/3的人被排斥在贫困线之外;农村贫困人口的比例太高,占全省农民人口的近20%.
