摘    要:执行力是政府工作的生命力,因此加强政府执行力建设是当前迫切的政治任务。而行政人员作为政策的执行者,他的能力直接影响政策执行的效果。因此,提升政府执行力的关键在于提升行政人员的整体素质。本文主要回答政府执行力的含义及价值分析,政府执行力的影响因素与存在的问题,以及如何提升政府执行力。

Abstract:Executive power is the vital part of governmental administration,and accordingly,how to reinforce the executive power construction is an urgent political task in current situation.As a policy carrier,an executive’s ability has a direct impact on the effect of policy implementation.Thus,the key point in enhancing governmental executive power lies in improving overall executive personnel quality.This paper focuses on the definition and value analysis of governmental executive power,its influencing factors and relevant problems,as well as measures to enhance governmental executive power.
