| 摘 要： | 政治辅导员是高校学生思想政治工作队伍的基础,是保证学校坚持社会主义办学方向,全面贯彻党的教育方针,培养德智体美等全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的一支不可缺少的重要力量,是学生思想政治工作的组织者和指导者,是高等学校教师和管理队伍的重要组成部分.面对高等教育事业全面发展的新形势,必须加强高校政治辅导员队伍建设.
