| 摘 要： | 当今国际形势有如下新变化:国际政治多极化,经济全球化,科技进步日新月异,新军事革命正在兴起。国际政治斗争有如下新特点:诸强与美国霸权的较量愈演愈烈,干涉与反干涉、控制与反控制日益突出,高科技已成为西方发达国家进行国际政治斗争的重要工具,发达国家的霸权主义与强权政治更加猖狂。

| Abstract: | New changes of international environment nowadays:international politics is going to multipolar;economy is going to globalzation,chance and challenge are being; technetronic developes and new martial revolutionary is developing,etc.New characters of international politicial struggle are as follows:the struggle among great states and USA hegemony is sharping; interferce and ante-interferce, control and ante-control is going to a new content; the new technetronic is becoming to the developed nations tool as political struggle ;the developed nations hegemony and power politic is going to licentious by means of their martial prepondevance,etc. |
