| Abstract: | By means of brief analyses of the types and the forms of the management of the foreign experts working in colleges and universities in China, this paper points out the new problems when foreign experts are invited to work in colleges and universities after China's entry into WTO in the situation of global economy. At the same time, this paper offers some effective ways to strengthen the management of the foreign experts based on new concept. |
