高校学科建设研究

学科建设在学校工作中占据“龙头”地位。它是一项系统工程 ,是一个由多方面工作组成的结构紧密的体系 :“以人为本”抓人才梯队建设 ;以设施建设为基础抓紧保障条件建设 ;以科研机构为纽带抓产学研一体化建设 ;以研究生点为重要内容抓创新性建设 ;以规律为依据抓管理制度建设。高校学科建设要体现学校发展定位 ,要有基本条件保障 ,要承担明确建设任务 ,要落实具体建设内容。

Studies of the Discipline Development in Institutions of Higher Learning

Discipline development enjoys the leading position in the work of a university. It is a systematic project and a system comprising of commitments of different types including the construction of human resources on the basis of humanity, the development of the support system based on the construction of facilities, integration of production, teaching and research on the basis of the construction of research institutes, strengthening innovation on the basis of the postgraduate programs, enhancing management according to rules. Discipline development must represents the institution's goal of development, be guaranteed the basic conditions, and be task-specific.
