加强农村金融服务 提高农业综合生产能力

以农村金融和农村经济的关系为出发点,指出我国农村金融服务的现状不利于提高农业综合生产能力。进而从经济、体制、政府、人才、竞争等方面分析影响农村金融服务的主要原因。最后,就现存的问题和导致的原因提出加强农村金融服务、促进农业综合生产能力提高的主要措施:建立农村资金回流机制;增加金融供给的途径,满足农业对金融服务的需求;健全农村银行体系,加强政策性的支持等。

Strengthening the Rural Finance Service and Improving the Agricultural Comprehensive Productive Forces

Taking the relationship between the rural finance and the rural economy as starting-point,firstly this paper points out that the present condition of the rural finance service in our country is not favorable to improve the agricultural comprehensive forces.Then the paper analyzes the main reasons for affecting the rural finance service in terms of economy,system-building, government,talents and competition,etc.At last the paper according to the existing problems and resulting reasons;put forth the main measures to strengthen the rural finance service and improve the agricultural comprehensive productive forces;they are following: building the system of capital circulation flow;increasing the approaches to finance support;meeting the demands of countryside to finance service;perfecting rural banking system;strengthening policy-favoring support etc.
