| 摘 要： | 所有权集中是在所有权分散基础之上实现的,作为一种公司治理机制,所有权集中是一个国家在资本结合与支配关系上所采取的普遍方式及其所表现出来的一般特征。认识到所有权集中是主要的公司治理形式,将极大地影响我们对公司治理问题及其政策含义的认识。

| Abstract: | Ownership centralism is realized on the foundation of ownership dispersing.As a corporate governance mechanism,the ownership centralism is the universal way and its general characteristic adopted by a country in dealing with the relations of capital union and corporate control.Acknowledging that ownership centralism is the major corporate governance paradigm will influence our understanding the issue of corporate governance and its policy meaning. |
