| 摘 要： | 开展竞争情报服务是高校图书馆提高服务水平和提升服务质量的一个重要途径,不仅有利于高校图书馆自身的可持续发展,而且有助于支持高校管理人员决策,保障高校教师成长,指导在校大学生就业.高校图书馆现有的馆员队伍具备了开展竞争情报服务的可能性和优势,因此,针对高素质竞争情报人才应具备的服务意识和能力水平,可以在横向和纵向上从现有馆员队伍中发现人才,以期快速建立一支高素质的竞争情报人才队伍,促进高校图书馆的进一步发展.
