| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校进行教学管理创新十分必要,它是提高教育教学质量的必由之路,是高等教育的创新本质和新建本科院校的学校特征及办学宗旨的要求。要实现教学管理创新,应该从管理理念、管理模式、管理队伍、管理体制、管理激励机制创新等几方面入手进行研究。
