| 摘 要： | 文章首先论述了我国建设研究型大学的必要性,分析了目前我国高水平研究型大学发展和建设的制约因素,即既有大学自身存在的问题,又受外部环境因素的制约。并就如何建设高水平的研究性大学提出了一些建议。
