学生观偏差及其对中职教师教育教学的影响与纠正

摘    要:学生观是教师对学生的看法和态度,它影响着教师教育教学的信心和行为,影响着教师教育教学水平的发挥和教学质量的提高。当前,中职教师普遍认为中职生是"差生",这样的看法是由多种原因造成的。教师的学生观偏差造成教师职业倦怠,信心缺失和教育教学行为偏差。树立正确的中职学生观,消除教师职业倦怠、增强教育教学信心,开展教育教学研究、改革是提高中职教育教学质量的重要途径。

Abstract:View on Students is teacher s viewpoints and attitude towards students,which not only affect teachers confidence and behavior in education,and also their teaching and educational level and quality.At present,teachers generally feel that students in secondary vocational schools are bad ones,which is resulted from many reasons.This bias leads to teachers professional ennui,loss of confidence,and terrible teaching behavior.To establish correct concept towards vocational students,eliminate teachers ennui,enhance confidence in education and teaching, and make research in education and reform is an important way to improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational school.
