View on Students is teacher s viewpoints and attitude towards students,which not only affect teachers confidence and behavior in education,and also their teaching and educational level and quality.At present,teachers generally feel that students in secondary vocational schools are bad ones,which is resulted from many reasons.This bias leads to teachers professional ennui,loss of confidence,and terrible teaching behavior.To establish correct concept towards vocational students,eliminate teachers ennui,enhance confidence in education and teaching, and make research in education and reform is an important way to improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational school.
