| 摘 要： | 对贫困地区进行人力资源开发与投资是世界各国扶贫的普遍经验。在对青海省人力资本投资现状进行分析比较后,针对青海省在人口、基础教育、卫生保健方面的现状,提出了提升青海省人力资本投资现状的思路与途径。
