“零支柱”：我国农村养老保障应选模式

我国农村老年人口数量大、增长快。而现行养老方式面临许多挑战：传统家庭养老功能的弱化、土地保障发挥作用太小、现有农村国家养老制度“碎片化”且覆盖率太低等。基于我国农村老年人口大都无稳定的养老方式，通过详细分析，本文提出我国农村养老应采取“零支柱”模式，这既是我国经济实力所允许的，反过来也能推动我国经济的向前发展，而且解决了我国农村养老问题。

Zero Pillar:Ideal Rural Aged-Supporting Security Mode in China

The large number of aging population is growing rapidly in China. Despite of this, the existing aged-supporting ways are facing many challenges, for example, the function of traditional family for the aged is weakening;the land hasn＇t played its role;the current state pension system in rural areas is chippy and its coverage is too low. Based on lack of stable pension system among rural aged population, this paper proposed that ＂zero pillar＂ pension mode should be taken in rural areas which is permitted by China＇s economic strength, and can not only drive our economy forward in turn but solve the rural aged-supporting problem.
