理工高校大学生职业倾向分析及择业对策研究

在近几年的高校毕业生就业市场上,虽然理工类专业毕业生社会需求量较大,就业形势相对较好,但是,随着高校毕业生的逐年增加,竞争在所难免,如何引导理工科毕业生有效就业已经成为社会关注的重点问题.通过对理工科大学生职业倾向的调查和分析,我们认为,应当引导毕业生树立正确观念,客观评价自我,做好职业规划,积极参与竞争,最终实现理性就业.
