协商民主促进基层社会治理机制创新研究——以内蒙古包头市为例

基层社会治理在我国迈向治理现代化过程中所扮演的角色越来越重要。而近年来得到进一步发展的社会主义协商民主对于推动基层社会治理产生了巨大影响。通过从协商民主对于基层社会治理的重要价值、协商民主在促进基层社会治理过程中遇到的问题、协商民主促进基层社会治理对策三个部分分析,可以对协商民主进行新的诠释,以推动基层协商民主、社会治理有序合理进行。

On the Promotion of Deliberative Democracy to the Innovation of Grass Roots Social Governance:A Case Study on Baotou City in Inner Mongolia

Grass-roots social governance plays a more and more important role in the process of our country’s modernization of governance.In recent years,the further development of socialist deliberative democracy has had a tremendous impact on the promotion of grass-roots social governance.This paper expounds the important value of deliberative democracy to grass-roots social governance,the problems encountered in promoting grass-roots social governance,and the countermeasures of promoting grass-roots social governance by deliberative democracy.This paper attempts to give a new interpretation of deliberative democracy in order to promote the orderly and rational conduct of deliberative democracy and social governance at the grass-roots level.
