| Abstract: | Jindaoyouxin's aesthetic thoughts have three characteristics: exploration on multi-phase of aesthetical phenomena, criticism resulting from bravely breaking through the common sense and transcending the tradition, and humanity for active contemplation on Being accompanyed by the attention to ultimateness. The contemporary Chinese aesthetics can benefit from these thoughts in the following aspects: recognizing multi-perspectives and pursuing transcendence, perceiving wisdom and promoting creation ,and being based on Being while heeding humanity. |
