企业规模、资本规模与工资决定——来自中国制造业企业的证据

摘    要:大量证据表明,企业规模与工资之间存在正向关系,但对于导致这种正向关系的原因莫衷一是。本文基于12个地市的中国制造业企业抽样数据,对企业规模-工资效应及导致其存在的原因进行了验证。我们在整体样本层面发现了企业规模-工资效应的存在,且验证了资本规模是导致该效应的原因。但是,分所有制和分地区的子样本检验结果表明,上述结论对于外资企业和东部地区并不成立。

Abstract:Substantial evidence indicates that there is apositive correlation between firm scale and wage while the exact causes remain unclear.Based on the sample data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in 12cities,this paper verified the firm scale-wage effect and its reasons.As a result,the firm scale-wage effect was confirmed,and it was verified that the reason which caused the effect was capital scale.These conclusions,however,are not true in foreign enterprises and the east.
