中美导师制度的比较研究

导师制度直接关系到研究生的培养质量，是研究生质量保障体系的核心。通过对比分析美国和我国现行的导师负责制、导师遴选、导师培训、导师考核、导师激励等制度，提出从实行导师组负责制，优化遴选办法，开展多层次培训，细化考核制度，建立系统的激励机制等方面完善我国导师制度。

Comparative Research on Chinese and American Graduate Tutorial System

The graduate tutorial system which is the core of graduate quality assurance system is directly relevant to the cultivation quality of graduate students. By comparing systems of responsibility, selection, training, evaluation and incentive for graduate tutors in both China and USA, the paper proposes to improve the tutorial system by adopting tutorial team responsibility system, optimizing the selection way, developing multi--level training, refining evaluation system, and establishing scientific incentives.
