| 摘 要： | 云南是民族文化资源大省，民族文化产业是云南的优势产业。随着全球经济一体化的不断加速和知识财富地位的不断提升，云南民族传统文化资源的流失和无序开发利用现象已非常突出。研究云南民族文化知识产权保护中存在的问题和应对措施，对于提高云南民族文化的整体保护水平，防止民族文化遗产的流失，促进民族文化产业的可持续发展，具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Yunnan is a big province of national culture resource, and the nation culture industry is the Yunnan superior industry. With the fact that the global economy integration ceaselessness accelerates and the position of knowledge wealth ceaselessness improves, the phenomenon of the resource running off and disorder using of Yunnan nation tradition culture is already very outstanding. Studing problems and countermeasure of Yunnan national culture protection of the intellectual property rights, has practical or immediate significance to improve Yunnan national culture overall protection level, against the nation cultural heritage running off and promote nation culture industry sustainable development. |
