浅议新时期专业课青年教师的师能培养

摘    要:基于新时期下高校教师师能的阐述,针对如何提高专业课青年教师的师能,从学校及教师自身两方面探索师能赭养应该:充分发挥“传、帮、带”的积极作用;充分利用既有资源开展有关培训;积极创造条件,鼓励独立开展科研;加强国际学术交流,把握学科最新动态;培育浓厚的学术氛围,确保师能建设的大环境。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the teaching-ability required for an eligible university teacher in the new era, the paper focuses on how to improve the teaching-ability of the junior teachers of specialized courses, from the stand points of both the university and teachers themselves. To cultivate their teaching-ability, it is suggested that the active role of "imparting, helping, guiding" should be brought into full play, the relative training, classes be developed with the best use of the existing resources, the independent scientific research be encouraged and necessary conditions be created positively. It is also vital that the international academic exchange be enhanced to ensure that junior teachers can keep pace with the latest research trend, and the external environment of teaching-ability development can be guaranteed with a perfect academic atmosphere.
