| 摘 要： | 人类社会的组织形式是处于不断发展之中的。近年来,任务型组织日益凸显,它是与常规组织相对应的一种组织形式,具有很强的灵活性,在处理各种突发性事件中具有明显优势,能够适应现代社会迅速发展的需求,具有一些常规组织所无法比拟的优越性。当前,应广泛运用任务型组织的策略来促进社会发展。

| Abstract: | Organization form in the human society is changing continuously in the process of its development.In the recently years,task-oriented organization has emerged.Task-oriented organization is opposite to routine organization that can meet the needs of rapid development of modern society.Because of its flexibility and accommodation,task-oriented organization has great advantage over the routine organization in the handle of all kinds of emergencies.China should take task-oriented organization as organization strategy widely to develop itself. |
