| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员和专业教师是高等教育发展必须依靠的两支最重要的队伍。但是在高校，他们的工作地位和报酬却有很大差异。本文在公平理论的基础上，从工作时间、工作任务、工作地位、工作压力、工作成就感、工作发展、工作报酬七个方面对二者进行比较，从而提出加强辅导员队伍建设的一些有效建议。

| Abstract: | College counselors and professional teachers are the two most important teams that higher education＇ s development must depend on.But their work status and rewards have great differences in colleges. Based on justice theory,this paper compares with each other from seven aspects of working time,task,status,sense of achievement, development, rewards. It then puts forward some effective measures for strengthening the team construction of college counselors. |
