尽管上世纪上半叶中日两国间发生的一些不快及其引起的对立情感还在逡巡不去,但在过去的二十多年中,双方在求同存异、共同发展的基础上迈出了积极的步伐,但也还存在某些问题.本文从中日关系中一个特殊因素--日本对华的海外发展援助(ODA)的角度研究中日关系问题,试图寻找两国长期合作的理论基础.

Although some bad feeling from the first half of this century continues to linger between the two nations, China and Japan have developed strong interests in well being of one another in the past twenty years. One of the most special factor between sino-Japan relationship is Japanese Overseas Development Assistance(ODA) to China. In the perspective of ODA, the essay carefully observes the achievements and obstacles of sino-Japanese relationship and tries to find a theoretical way to ensure the mutual development of the two countries.
