| Abstract: | We firstly probe into the mechanism how the securities market solve the moral hazard in company limited by shares. Furthermore, we analyze the conditions for the success of the mechanism on securities market, which include having securities market, providing a perfect information communication channel and attaining high validity on securities market. In contrast to the above general analysis, we estimate the present situation and problems in Chinese securities market and suggest the countermeasure for improvement. |
