| 摘 要： | 介绍了＂博多祇园山笠行事＂的起源及其举办过程,并从中对日本无形文化财保护的特色进行分析,指出政府制定《文化财保护法》是其制度保证,利用神社为其举行提供空间保障,而狂欢化的节庆是其时间支持。此外,国家、地方和个人权责明确,积极参与,使民俗文化得以持久延续。

| Abstract: | The article gives a research on the ＂Hakata Gion Yamakasa Act＂,and analyses the characteristics of Japanese intangible cultural property protection.Overall,the government lay down the ＂Cultural Properties Protection Law＂ to provide institutional guarantees,the shrine provides a space to it,the festival is its time guarantee.In addition,national,local and individual active participation,let the folk culture sustain continuity. |
