Research on Jon Elster's theory of local justice

After the research of rational choice,Jon Elster began to explore justice of social facts.These justice problems mainly contain local justice and transitional justice.The main discussion point of local justice theory is how autonomous government,semi-autonomous government and non-government allocate scarce goods and necessary burdens to specific groups.He takes the empirical research on it through a large number of cases from different fields and regions,enriches the research contents of modern political philosophy.Besides that,Elster compared local justice with global justice,enriched the research of justice theory,and expanded the research area of analytical Marxist.
