| 摘 要： | 高校学报与其他期刊一样需要不断提升其学术品位，这就要在编辑策划上下工夫。编辑策划对于学报发展具有重要的意义。强化编辑策划，必须从转变观念、构建合理的知识结构、敏锐的直觉、强烈的信息意识和人本管理方法入手。

| Abstract: | University Journals and other periodicals alike need to continuously upgrade their academic quality,so it is necessary to make effort in editorial planning,which is of great significance to the development of the journals.To strengthen the editorial planning,we must start to change our concepts,to construct a reasonable knowledge structure,a keen intuition,a strong message awareness and people-management practice. |
