| 摘 要： | 杜拉克的管理思想对现代企业管理具有重要的指导意义,因此研究他的管理思想极有价值。它作为西方经典的管理思想,在人和组织管理、关系和组织管理、利润和社会责任这三方面,竟然和深入东方人心中的伦理儒家思想在很多方面有共同之处。
