| Abstract: | This paper has a discussion about the necessity of the construction of discipline librarian in university libraries and the service mode geared to the major subjects of the university. This paper also gives some advices to how to construct a discipline librarian team with high personnel quality and clear responsibility and perfect mechanism. |
