| 摘 要： | 文章以系统理论为指导，探索社会工作介入大学新生适应的服务模式，在具体介入过程中，把优势视角、社会支持理论及赋权视角纳入服务理念，对社会工作介入的过程、方法、技巧及成效进行了分析，并对服务过程中的其他相关问题进行了反思和讨论。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of system theory,this research explores the service model of the a- daptability of college freshmen intervened by social work, incorporates the strengths perspective, social support theory and empowerment perspective into the service concept in the process of spe- cific intervention,and holds detail analysis on the process of social work intervention,methods, skills and results, and also holds reflection and discussion about other relevant issues in the process of service. |
