| 摘 要： | 项目管理成熟度模型是一项评价项目管理能力的重要技术。通过对几种项目管理成熟度模型的概述，针对我国科研院所项目管理的现状，提出了应用项目管理成熟度的思路和步骤。结果表明，科研院所通过应用管理成熟度模型，可以建立一系列的规范举措，从而提高科研院所项目管理的能力，而且项目成功的几率也将更大。
