| 摘 要： | 就业服务将成为高校图书馆信息服务的新热点,是图书馆情报教育职能的扩大和延伸.文章分析了大学毕业生就业信息需求的背景,简述了高校图书馆开展就业信息服务现状,探讨了高校图书馆对就业信息的收集、管理和进行服务的具体方式,并指出当前高校图书馆开展就业信息服务存在的问题.

| Abstract: | It is thought that employment service will be the new focus of information service in university and college libraries, and it is the extension of the library's function of information and education. This paper analyzes the background of the talent market demand of graduates, gives a brief account of the current situation of proving with service of employment information, discusses the gathering, management and ways to serve employment information in university and college libraries. Some problems to be solved in operation are also mentioned. |
